moon flowers--whose carriage is abandoned there?

When Prince Genji no Kimi visited the wetnurse of Daini at Gojo he waited for a while, parking his carriage in front of the neighbor's house, to check out the area. There were lush green vines and white moon flowers blooming, as if gracefully smiling.
